Character Study

If this person was going to be a character in a book, how would you describe them? 

To make it an effective description use plenty of strong adjectives to describe how they look, but also tell us about their feelings, likes and dislikes, their family, job or anything else that would turn them into an interesting character and make us want to read about them.
